Environmental and Social Sustainability

Our teas are predominantly sourced from Ethical Tea Partnership members.

These teas are produced in ways that meet a variety of ETP sustainability standards, from caring for soil health and using rainwater harvesting techniques, to paying their harvesters fair wages, providing education and healthcare benefits, and giving back to their communities.

We believe that tea trees grown without pesticides and nourished by healthy soil produce higher quality teas. You can experience the nuance and unique flavors that come from different tea growing regions, climates, altitudes, harvesting seasons, and processing methods.

Our snack menu is all plant-based and features steamed buns with a rotating variety of internationally-inspired savory and sweet fillings.

We also have a variety of vegan and gluten free baked goods, some sourced from local bakers. Our offerings rotate, but include Muffins, Cookies, Cupcakes, Cinnamon Rolls, Coffee Cakes, Scones, Pop Tarts, etc.

Looking for something less sweet? We also have toasts and dips, such as Hummus. More coming soon, such as Baingan Bharta, Guacamole, and veggie dips like Green Goddess, served with fresh and pickled seasonal veggies, dolmas, and breads.
